Be it known that Annie Elizabeth Holbrook of No.19 North Parade Penzance in the County of Cornwall who at the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at No.19 North Parade aforesaid within the District of the County of Cornwall died on the 6th day of July 1904 at Penzance aforesaid a Widow and intestate.


And it be further known that Letters of Administration … were granted … at Bodmin to Thomas William May of No.19 North Parade aforesaid Retired Master Gunner and Selnia [Selina] May of the same place spinster respectively the lawful grandfather and one of the next of kin and the lawful Aunt and the Curators or Guardians duly elected by Mabel Lena Holbrook and Cora Holbrook spinsters minors for their use and benefit and also for the use and benefit of Iris Holbrook spinster an infant the natural and lawful daughters and only next of kin and Co-heiresses at law of the said deceased until one of them shall attain the age of twenty one years.
